About Leanna
Leanna Kerr is the Director of Transaction Management at Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties with 19 years of experience in the real estate industry. She understands that buying or selling a home can be overwhelming, and works diligently to simplify the process for brokers and clients alike.
As an avid outdoor enthusiast, she believes mountain living is not just a location, but a lifestyle, and the love of the outdoors is what brings people here.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Leanna moved to Breckenridge in 1995. Once she experienced Colorado’s clean, crisp air, gorgeous blue skies and the small-town mountain community, she knew it had to be her home.
In 2002 after getting to know her way around Summit County and the skiing world for 7 years, her real estate journey began, and by 2003 she was licensed.
She is now proud to be part of a team that offers a better overall real estate experience due to forward-thinking, comradery, and collaboration. She is passionate about all aspects of real estate, from contractual compliance and transaction management to selling and customer support.
Date and deadline focused, she ensures transactions are streamlined, compliant, and client-oriented. Her unwavering eye for details allows brokers to focus on people, not paperwork.
She trains, manages, and leads the Broker Support Specialists team to oversee all real estate transactions for 100+ brokers. The team also creates industry-leading marketing materials and provides exceptional customer service from the first point of contact to closing, keeping Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties at the top of their game.
When not in the office, she is rallying for the next family adventure with her husband and son, and cross-country and downhill skiing with family and friends. In the summer and fall, you’ll find her on the many trails Summit County and surrounding areas provide.
Her passion for music carries over to her love of nature. She can’t get enough of being in the forest with the smell of pine, and there’s no better song than the creaking of trees, and wind rustling through aspen leaves—the sounds of mountain living.
